As part of the online sale of its products, the Seller will create a customer database that will store certain personal data necessary for the registration, processing, and tracking of orders.
In fact, the Customer must identify themselves in order to purchase a product, according to one of the following two options:
OPTION A
Register as a Customer by completing a form with required fields (First Name, Last Name, Email Address and Password). Shipping and billing addresses are requested when placing the order.
For each subsequent order, registered Customers will log in using their email address (username) and password.
The information provided by the Customer when opening their account or during each order must be complete, accurate, and up-to-date. If the Customer does not wish to share this information, the Seller will be unable to process their order.
OPTION B
Begin the purchase process as a guest, without needing to register as a customer. This option will also require entering essential personal information to process the order.
The buyer is prohibited from falsifying or inventing names in the context of the order process and other communications. The Seller reserves the right to prosecute any abuse or misuse, in the interest of all users.
By agreeing to these general terms and conditions of purchase, the Seller is exempt from any liability arising from the entry of incorrect data in the order documents. The buyer is responsible for the correct entry of data.
OPERATIONAL
Customers wishing to place an order select the desired products by clicking “Add to cart”.
Customers are encouraged to review each product description to learn about its features (name, definition, characteristics, composition, etc.).
We strive for accuracy and completeness in publishing and updating product information. However, the seller is not responsible for any minor errors, which the customer acknowledges and accepts.
At any time, the customer may:
– Check the products in your cart and get detailed information about each one (photograph, product name, size, colour, quantity chosen), the unit price and the total amount of the order by opening the cart.
– Change quantities, remove a product or carry on shopping from the cart itself.
After reviewing the order, the Customer moves on to checkout, where they enter their details and address, choose the shipping method and pay. By completing the payment, the Customer declares that they have read and accepted these General Terms and Conditions of Purchase, as stated next to the payment button.
VALIDATION
After the Customer pays for the order, an email confirmation will be sent to the address provided.
The Seller reserves the right to not validate the order or to cancel it in the following cases (the Customer will be notified by email):
– If the bank refuses to authorize the card payment
– If the Seller reasonably believes that the Customer has breached the Terms and Conditions or has engaged in fraudulent activities, or for any other legitimate reason.
PRICE
The purchase price of the products, as well as shipping costs, includes VAT at the rate applicable at the time of purchase.
The Seller reserves the right to change, at any time and without prior notice, the selection of items offered on the website and their prices. In the event of a price change, the applicable price will be the one in effect on the day the order is placed.
PAYMENT METHODS
- Credit or Debit Card
We accept payment by credit or debit card at no extra charge. Payment is made in the secure environment of Redsys, our bank’s gateway: card details never pass through this website and are not stored here. It is essential that the buyer be the cardholder. If this condition is not met, the order will not be processed.
Accepted cards are Visa and Mastercard.* Fraudulent use of data and bank cards.
The use of electronic payment systems with credit cards constitutes an electronic fraud offense as defined in Article 248 of the Penal Code, punishable by up to 6 years in prison, when any of the following circumstances apply:
– The user provides false information about the buyer or the card used.
– Using the data of a person other than the buyer.
– Providing card numbers that do not match the buyer’s card.
– Usurping the status of holder of other people’s cards.
– Use card numbers generated with computer programs or similar algorithms. - Bizum, for Spanish mobile numbers with Bizum enabled by their bank. The payment is likewise authorised in the secure Redsys environment.
