SHIPPING
Packages will be sent to the address provided by the customer. All the amounts on this page include VAT, and the exact shipping cost is shown in the cart and at checkout before payment.
Shipping to mainland Spain:
- Orders will be delivered within 24 to 72 hours on business days* and will have a shipping cost of €6. From €60 in products, shipping is free.
Shipping to the Balearic Islands:
- Orders will be delivered within 24 to 72 hours on business days* and will have a shipping cost of €8. From €70 in products, shipping is free.
Shipping to the European Union (estimated delivery of 3 to 5 business days):
- France, Germany, Luxembourg and the Netherlands: €11. Free from €70 in products.
- Austria, Belgium, Czechia and Italy: €13. Free from €70 in products.
- Denmark, Hungary, Ireland, Poland, Slovakia and Slovenia: €14. Free from €70 in products.
- Croatia, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania and Sweden: €21. Free from €80 in products.
- Bulgaria, Finland, Greece and Romania: €23. Free from €80 in products.
The amount from which shipping becomes free is calculated on the price of the products including VAT, excluding shipping costs.
Shipping costs, if applicable, will be added when you place your order.
The delivery timeframe is an estimate only. However, the seller will make every effort to meet this timeframe but will not be held responsible if the initial estimate is exceeded.
*Business days: Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. No deliveries will be made on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.
Estimated delivery times are in business days but may be affected by various circumstances, such as:
- Peak seasons (Promotional campaigns, Christmas, Black Friday, Sales, etc.)
- Holiday seasons (Easter, August, etc.)
We do not ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla, nor to countries other than those listed above.
All shipments will be made with the courier company SEUR, and two delivery attempts will be made to the address provided by the customer. If the first two delivery attempts fail, the package will be deposited at any SEUR collection point www.seur.com/es/puntos-seur.html
Orders placed on Fridays, weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day. We adjust to national, regional and local holidays, where our headquarters are located and those of the package’s destination.
Once the order has been shipped, it will not be possible to cancel or modify it. We recommend carefully reviewing the order before finalizing payment to avoid any inconvenience later.
RETURNS
For hygiene and health reasons, and due to the nature of the products, returns and refunds will not be accepted for opened and/or used products. Once the envelope containing the product is opened, it will be assumed that it has been tampered with.
Right of withdrawal
The consumer has fourteen calendar days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal.
To exercise this right, you must notify us by email at [email protected]. We will contact you within 24-48 hours to explain the procedure.
Any product showing signs of use, improper handling, and/or lacking its original labeling and packaging will be rejected.
In the event of a withdrawal, the shipping costs will be borne by the user.
